At EffortBaby, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in our services. In some exceptional cases, as outlined below, customers may request to return or exchange a product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before proceeding with any return request.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you are eligible for a free replacement or return. However, to claim this, you must return the product immediately to the delivery person before they leave your premises. Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person leaves, the product will no longer be eligible for return or replacement.

Categorized Product Return Policies

Stationery Products & Kids Items:
- If you wish to return or replace stationery products or kids’ items, we will process the return and refund/replacement request within 5 working days of the return claim.
Accessories:
- For accessories, we will process the return and refund/replacement request within 7 working days of the return claim.

General Guidelines

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
All return claims should be made at the time of delivery for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Eligible Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Any request for return or replacement made after the delivery person leaves will not be accepted.
